I wanted to take my health to a new level so I decided to give Coach Obasi a call. I was scared at first, but he put me at ease. I started this journey at 235 lbs and my goal was to get under 200. But with dedication and his guidance I surpassed my goal weight. It wasn't an easy journey, but it was the best investment I ever made. I had my hard days when I didn’t want to work out and just binge eat. Some days I did. But when I got off track or my weight wasn’t moving, he knew how to handle it. We would discuss the issue and he never made me feel like a failure. He reminded me that we all have our days, but you have to refocus and get back to it. Today I am at 170 lbs and I never thought I would ever see those numbers again.
Coach Obasi was not only a coach but he was a friend, therapist, and whatever I needed him to be. Best coach ever!

Eboni is an amazing trainer as well as a great person. Every session she pushes me harder towards my goals and expects a lot from me which keeps me motivated and goal oriented, without making me dread working out. She is very knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. Eboni caters to your personal needs and provides a ton of information and details on the “why” of how she does things that makes you feel comfortable no matter what level you are on. The comfort level I have with her is so high because of her personality as well as her professionalism. Not only does she offer her sessions but also includes off day workouts and help with diet and meal planning. I was looking to be challenged, and each session pushed me to my max and provided a great full-body workout. Her play lists are also bomb and she always seems to know exactly when I need a little Beyonce to help me through. A few months in and I have already seen changes in my body that she has helped me achieve. Thanks so much Eboni!!!

As a retired school teacher who was enjoying retirement immensely, I was eating everything and getting no exercise. I knew for a while that I needed to lose weight, but I just wasn't motivated. Then my doctor gave me the motivation I needed by telling me I was borderline diabetic. I had to change my eating habits and exercise more. The eating part was fairly easy, but not the exercise. That's where Coach Obasi came in. I originally was only going to do 4 sessions and stop, but I really enjoyed working with Coach Obasi. He has a great personality and is always encouraging. He pushed me to do more than I thought I could and he showed me the correct way to do exercises so that I would not injure myself.

In the few short months that I’ve known and trained with Eboni, I’ve decided I don’t want to train with anyone else ... EVER! I love working with Eb because she is so hands on and present during all our sessions. She pays attention to my goals and keeps me on track to achieving them. Any questions that I have about training and meal planning, she makes sure to explain so I understand. Eboni holds me accountable (which is what you need) when it comes to how I eat and when I train. She is so high energy which keeps me high energy and motivated even at 6am lol. This is the most confident I’ve felt about my body while wearing a two-piece swimsuit. It's hard to find the right words to express what a wonderful experience I had training with Coach Obasi. He truly helped me work through my fears and doubts about getting into shape. He helped me see that I was stronger than I thought and also helped me to overcome my fears and insecurities about working out in the gym. I never thought I could work out with a trainer, but he made it easy. His professionalism and caring demeanor helped me to relax and trust him to do his job.

After working with Coach Obasi I have become stronger! I have dropped "I can't" from my gym vocabulary and my doctor is pleased with my results. My blood pressure and cholesterol are under control. My heart is strong and the leak has not gotten worse. I am stronger, more flexible, and energized and most of my daily aches and pains are gone. I cycle four days a week, do Zumba twice a week, and lift weights three times per week. I'm still a work in progress, but my progress has been fantastic. And I owe it all to Coach Obasi!

When I started training I was already excited to start, but she made me feel so comfortable. Though it can get at tough sometimes, she always encourages me to keep going because it will be worth it. Eboni is an amazing person and trainer and she genuinely cares about her clients. And as a single mother, I am not always able to make my sessions, but she works with me on rescheduling. I am so glad that I began my fitness and health journey with Eboni. I always look forward to our workout sessions. She has helped rebuild my confidence in so many ways and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is ready.
