Fitness and health are things we often take for granted until we get sick, or we gain so much weight that is starts to affect how we function in our daily activities. Being healthy and fit will have a major impact on your ability to live life to the fullest for the longest time possible. We recognize the importance of being strong and fit and we're on a mission to promote what we call “Generational Fitness”. Our families are suffering from a range of lifestyle diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, and obesity. With exercise and healthy eating, these illnesses can be greatly improved and, in many cases, reversed.
Knowledge, wisdom, and financial resources are often passed from one generation to the next. It’s cool to pass down money and wealth, but what about fitness and health? One of the most important things parents can give their children is the example of healthy eating and exercise. Similarly, children should make sure their parents remain healthy and fit as they age. We firmly believe that when loved ones hold one another accountable and commit themselves to greatness, anything is possible!
Coach Obasi and Coach Eboni were already well into their fitness careers, but they started Generational Fitness to show families what is possible when you eat healthy and work out regularly. A powerful father and daughter duo they're on are a mission to lead by example and spread the message of health and fitness. Don't let age stand in your way if you're older and don't take your health for granted if you're young.
